Kanga Express Laundry Services specialise in providing professional laundry services to dental and medical practices within Cairns. All our work strictly meets ASI standards and legislative requirements for healthcare laundry in Australia. We are highly experienced in servicing health clinics and only use the top-grade soap powders and fabric softeners. This is not a ‘chuck it in the wash’ service. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail and adherence to industry requirements.

Medical and Dental: What We Wash

Our machines at Kanga Express Laundry Services are high-quality and industrial, meaning that we can pretty much wash anything. Our machines have the capacity to hot wash items at 65 degrees centigrade, the medical industry standard approved temperature in Australia. Alongside that, our driers run at 90 degrees on high and are fully gas operated, to ensure items are not shrunk, burnt or damaged during the process.

Our Process:

We take the laundry process very seriously for medical and dental services. We offer complimentary pick-up and delivery services, as well as low-priced commercial rates and further discounts for bulk and regularity. We also offer the option to register as a regular client, so that you can be put onto a regular laundry schedule with us.

After we have received your items, we spray everything with close attention to detail, ensuring that all stains are removed and germs are killed off. Afterwards, items are hot washed at 65 degrees, with our commercial detergents and fabric softeners. During this process, all laundry is sanitised and fully washed. Following that, items are dried in our specialised driers at 90 degrees, then sorted and folded to your liking for delivery or pick up.  Staff uniforms are ironed and hung, to ensure no creases.
